My biggest thing is that I have problems feeling and staying motivated. If I was in a competition with someone, I think I would do a lot better.
I think motivation is the major problem for most people. I suck at competing with others, cause if the other person does better than me, I get all discouraged. My sister loses weight faster than I do, and she is doing really well, and I look at her, and I just get all sad, and want to eat a chocolate bar cause I feel like a failure. I’m an odd person. Any of your roommates trying to be healthy? You could make it a contest with them, for whoever is healthier, or loses a certain amount doesn’t have to do a certain thing around the house.
